Cost & Admission:

Tell us about your care needs for a no-obligation, FREE cost estimate including a geriatric nurse assessment if needed.

We invite you to discover the difference at Spada Homes. We will provide a customized cost assessment for you.

The cost of care and residency at Spada's assisted living adult family homes is based on the level of care needed, as well as the room choice (might include a discount for our companion room).

STEP 1 - Complete the Level of Care form (complete and submit online or print & mail/fax back)
1a - We will reply with a cost estimation based on your needs and desires.

STEP 2 - Schedule an in-person visit; we like to think of these as 'educational'. No obligations or high pressure sales. You'll get to meet our care team and see first-hand why other residents call this home!

STEP 3 - We will meet in-person with the resident to ascertain his/her needs and provide a final cost rate (sometimes this can be done during step 2).

STEP 4 - Make your final decision.

How does our cost compare with other settings?

  • It will cost you about 30 to 40% LESS than Nursing Home care;
  • Less than the equivalent of 8 hrs per day of home care;
  • Less than Assisted Living - if you need care;
  • And MUCH LESS headaches and problems than finding, hiring, training, supervising and managing your own caregiver(s) from newspaper ads!

And best of all, the high degree of individual personal attention is unmatched in any setting!

At Spada Homes, your loved one will receive some of the best care available in the nation!
A report from the Department of Health and Human Services (DSHS) stated that more than 91% of nursing homes (NH) in the United States are operating at staffing levels too low to provide “minimally necessary” care, and labor shortages are expected to worsen due to slashed funds.

According to McKnight's Long-Term Care News, more than 40% of Nursing Homes would have to increase nursing-aid staff levels by at least 50% to reach the "minimum patient needs." The average time a nursing home staff spends with each resident for morning care is 7 minutes! (Seattle Times, 2/20/2002.)

Spada Homes is well above the national average with a ratio of 1 to 2 staff for 6 residents maximum. This translate to an average of about 4.3 hours per client per day, plus a licensed nurse on staff!
The national average is 1.2 hour.
